No Signal? Here’s What to Do:

1. Look Around

  • Check if you have a clear view of the sky.

  • Are there big buildings, trees, or other obstacles nearby?

2. Unplug the Charging Cable

  • If the iPad is charging, unplug the cable.

  • Important: The iPad cannot charge and scan at the same time.

3. Restart the iPad

  1. Open Settings (if this doesn’t work, contact us):

    • Find the gear icon on your home screen and tap it.

  2. Go to "General":

    • On the left side, find "General" and tap it.

  3. Turn off the iPad:

    • Scroll to the bottom of "General" and find "Shut Down" in blue.

    • Tap it. A slider will appear. Slide it to the right to turn off the iPad.

  4. Turn the iPad back on:

    • Wait until the iPad is completely off.

    • Hold the power button (top right of the device) until the Apple logo appears.

4. Charge for a Short Time

  • Plug in the charging cable for 1 minute.

  • Then, unplug the cable again.

5. Check the Settings

  • Open Settings (gear icon on the screen).

  • Go to Mobile Data:

    • Mobile Data must be turned on.

    • Data Roaming must be turned on.

    • Location Services must always be turned on.
