No Signal? Here’s What to Do:
1. Look Around
Check if you have a clear view of the sky.
Are there big buildings, trees, or other obstacles nearby?
2. Unplug the Charging Cable
If the iPad is charging, unplug the cable.
Important: The iPad cannot charge and scan at the same time.
3. Restart the iPad
Open Settings (if this doesn’t work, contact us):
Find the gear icon on your home screen and tap it.
Go to "General":
On the left side, find "General" and tap it.
Turn off the iPad:
Scroll to the bottom of "General" and find "Shut Down" in blue.
Tap it. A slider will appear. Slide it to the right to turn off the iPad.
Turn the iPad back on:
Wait until the iPad is completely off.
Hold the power button (top right of the device) until the Apple logo appears.
4. Charge for a Short Time
Plug in the charging cable for 1 minute.
Then, unplug the cable again.
5. Check the Settings
Open Settings (gear icon on the screen).
Go to Mobile Data:
Mobile Data must be turned on.
Data Roaming must be turned on.
Location Services must always be turned on.
