Problem: My App Won’t Open
No worries! Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Restart Your Device
Open Settings (if this doesn’t work, see Step 2):
Look for the gear icon on your home screen and tap it.
Go to "General":
On the left side, you’ll see different options. Find and tap "General".
Turn Off Your Device:
Scroll down in "General" until you see the "Shut Down" option in blue text.
Tap it.
A slider will appear. Drag it to the right with your finger.
Turn Your Device Back On:
Wait until the iPad is completely off.
Press and hold the power button (top right of the device) until the Apple logo appears.
After restarting, the app should work again.

Step 2: If Settings Won’t Open
Option 1: For Devices with iOS 18 or Later
Open Control Center:
Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen.
Shut Down:
Tap the power icon (a circle with a line at the top).
A slider will appear. Drag it to the right with your finger.
Turn Back On:
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo appears.

Option 2: Let the Device Battery Discharge
Discharge the Battery:
Leave the iPad until the battery is completely empty, and the device shuts off by itself.
Charge the Device:
Connect the iPad to a charger and wait until it charges again.
Restart the Device:
Turn it on and check if the app is working.
